 sonographers to spend time with fellow sonographers, learn new things 

for their area of ultrasound and shop in the exhibit hall.

HMP had a great time exhibiting at the SVU Annual Conference in Chicago at the Hyatt Regency.  The 2000 Series Vadcular with 45 degree reverse Trendeleburg is always a 'show stopper'!

We learned current techniques of fellow sonographers who do not have a specialty exam bed - and the aches and pains associated with scanning while sitting on the floor.  Maybe budgets will be approved in 2017 and more vascular labs will obtain our exam beds. 

Next meeting is September 16-18, 2016 in Cleveland with the Cleveland Heart & Vascular Institute - and 2 weeks later back to SDMS, this year in Orlando, Florida!

SDMS Exhibit Hall Opening

The exhibit hall opening this year in Dallas for the annual SDMS conference was a lot of fun.  We rented a photo booth from a local Dallas business and attendees were invited into the booth to pose silly and take home a photo strip of their poses.  

It was a great ice breaker and a good way to meet other attendees.
