What to expect when your bed arrives

Look for the Pallet Cone
When your bed ships out you will be notified and if you have ordered special delivery services you will be instructed how to receive the bed. For those of you in small clinics without loading docks and receiving areas, please order Lift Gate Service. Once the bed arrives we ask that you visually inspect the crate for outside damage and look for the pallet cone. If the pallet cone is missing that is a sign something may have been stacked on the bed. Please call us immediately while the driver is present and DO NOT SIGN. We will take care of it from there!!!
