The Best SDMS Meeting of our 10 years!

Jason & I attended our first SDMS Meeting in October 2001 in Las Vegas.
At that time the country was still in a state of shock over the events of September 11.
I remember wanting to cancel our trip because I was too afraid to travel.
But we went, took Jason's mom & our girls, got on the plane and flew
to Las Vegas for the SDMS Meeting.
It's so hard to believe that was 9 years and 10 meetings ago.

Last week we had a great time at the 2010 SDMS Meeting in Denver.
Thank you to everyone who attended and made the meeting a success.

Special SHOUT OUT to Jennifer, Beth, Julie & Jeanne - some of our favorite
customers and good friends we can count on visiting with each year at the meeting.

Above is a photo of Jason & me with the
Polly Bed* - the only pink exam bed in the exhibit hall
and maybe even the entire state of Colorado.
The Polly Bed* had an amazing debut - with her Power Wedge Sections*
and
pink upholstery she was very well received.
So many of you stopped by to take her photo - very exciting for us!

I could not ask for a better response to our New Polly Bed*.

Thanks again to all who attended and continue to support businesses like us in the exhibit hall.
If you have never attended the SDMS Annual Meeting I encourage you to get more info at
their website and plan on seeing us next year in Atlanta, Georgia.

SDMS Meeting next year is in Atlanta, Georgia

Pretty in Pink....
(blogger doesn't offer pink font)
That's me testing the bed for comfort & support - and yes it passed the test!

Special 'SHOUT OUT' to Barb, Mario, Mark, Wayne, Norv, Jeff &Rodney for all the hard work this week - Thank You!

Here's the Polly Bed just before crating today - next time I will see her is in Denver next Wednesday for the SDMS Annual Meeting.

Our first SDMS meeting was in October 2001 - our girls were 2 & 6 years old ..... WOW! they are 11 & 15 now - time really does fly!
It's a great meeting and the Sonographers always have a blast. Lot's of learning, fun dinners and shopping in the exhibit hall. Also, Denver is a
great city to visit. I know Jason & I are looking forward to our time in Denver. Jason has sent a 2000 Series Cardiac bed to be used in the hands - on tutorials Thursday, October 14 - before the exhibit hall opens Thursday evening. If you are signed up for the tutorial you will have a chance to test drive our bed. If not, stop by BOOTH #212 for a demonstration.

Can't wait to see you there!

The Polly Bed

The Polly Bed - an exam bed designed exclusively for breast imaging. The photo at right gives you a sneak peek at the upholstery color - very pink.
Jason & I have worked together to gather information to create a bed that helps the sonographer position their patient in the optimal position for breast scans, while giving the patient a comfortable and secure bed. With electric height adjustment, 2 Power Wedge Sections, Electric Fowler & Trendelenberg, this bed will be a welcome addition to your exam room. Topped out with hidden stirrups and Ergo-Side Rails - which completes the bed for other exams you may be doing within that room.

I have named the bed after my great aunt, Polly Doyle Jones, a breast cancer survivor, and my Granny's sister. Cancer has effected all of our families, and we want to reach out with a great innovative product while giving back. With each bed sale we will make a donation to the Susan G. Komen foundation.

And since October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, what better time to unveil the Polly Bed.

If you are attending the SDMS meeting next week in Denver please stop by booth #212 to see the complete - HOT PINK - bed, it should be easy to spot in the exhibit hall.

And if you are unable to attend the meeting and would like more information on the Polly Bed please click the email link below.
