At Heritage Medical Products Inc we go the distance to ensure our clients have received the best customer service available.  Since most of the beds are purchased without even seeing them first - it is crucial that our clients understand the features and options as well as shipping and receiving.  

Recently I was able to work with Martin Adorno, the Operations Manager of the Vascular Lab at the Montefiore Medical Center located in the Bronx, New York.  Together we chose the bed model for his specific area of vascular ultrasound, picked fabric colors and coordinated shipping.  Afterwards Martin kept his promise and sent this pic of the bed in its new home...

In the fall Jason and I attend the annual conference for the 

Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.   This is my favorite meeting due to the response of fellow sonographers and young students.  We were lucky this year and able to drive to Louisville, Kentucky versus flying.....(I hate flying)....and the drive there was beautiful.  It's amazing to see America and the farmlands, Mississippi River, Ohio River and the fellow entrepreneurs driving their trucks hauling trailers with products they have manufactured as well.  When we stop to gas up I kid Jason that other men there have bigger trailers!!!  Next year SDMS will be in Dallas - and we will happily celebrate our 15th year in the exhibit hall!!!
